System status

System status & reliability

Current operational status for Apex payment processing, merchant dashboard, APIs, and supporting services.

Apex One Payments operates production infrastructure designed for card-present and card-not-present commerce across the United States. This page describes the health of core services merchants depend on—authorization and settlement paths, the merchant dashboard, device management, webhooks, and funding pipelines. We publish status here so finance and IT teams can correlate business impact during an incident. For account-specific issues, sign in to the dashboard or contact support; this page reflects platform-wide availability.

Uptime and performance commitments

Dashboard and API latency are monitored continuously. Degraded performance is posted when p95 response times exceed internal thresholds even if requests still succeed.

How we communicate incidents

Confirmed incidents appear on this page with start time, affected components, and work-in-progress updates. Resolved incidents remain visible for seven days with a short postmortem summary when applicable.

Enterprise customers can opt into email and webhook notifications for status changes. Subscribe via your account settings or contact support to enable alerts.

Scheduled maintenance

Routine maintenance is performed in low-traffic windows (typically Sunday 02:00–06:00 ET). Components marked maintenance may be briefly unavailable; card-present store-and-forward may apply on supported devices.
