Go to Settings → Team and click Invite teammate. Enter their email and choose a role: Owner, Manager, Cashier, or Reports-only.
Roles at a glance
Owners have full access. Managers can run reports and adjust menu or inventory but cannot change banking. Cashiers can take payments only. Reports-only users can view analytics without processing sales.
Teammates accept the invite by email and set a password. Remove access anytime from the same Team screen.
