Step 1 — Create your merchant account
Sign up at Get started or work with our sales team to open an account. You will need your business name, tax ID or SSN (for sole proprietors), and a valid email.
Step 2 — Connect your bank account
In the dashboard, go to Settings → Banking and add the account where you want deposits sent. Verification usually completes within one business day.
Step 3 — Activate your first device
Power on your Apex terminal or open the mobile app, sign in with your dashboard credentials, and enter the activation code shown under Devices. Run a $1 test sale to confirm everything works.
