Your rate plan is shown in the dashboard under Settings → Pricing. Rates may differ for swiped or dipped cards, keyed-in cards, and online payments.
Effective rate
Use Reports → Fee summary to see your effective rate over any date range. The calculator on our website can estimate savings versus your current processor.
Interchange and network fees are passed through at cost on interchange-plus plans. Flat-rate plans include these in the quoted percentage.
