Get help with Apex devices

Find your device activation code

Locate the code used to link Apex hardware to your merchant account.

Sign in to the Apexonepayments dashboard on a computer or tablet. Open Devices in the left menu, then select Activate hardware.

Choose your device model (Reader, Flex, Mini, Station, or Kiosk). A six‑character code appears on screen — enter it on the device within 15 minutes before it expires.

Code not working?

Generate a new code from the same screen. If the device was previously linked to another account, contact support so we can release it.
